We collect your name, telephone number, optional email, preferred appointment details, optional notes and website source information only to respond to your appointment request and improve our marketing measurement with consent.

Appointment details are stored in the clinic’s protected administration system. Optional advertising and measurement tags load only after you consent. We do not send appointment notes or other private health information to advertising platforms.

When free ntfy.sh alerts are enabled, the alert contains only a generic new booking message and a link to the clinic’s staff login; it contains no patient name, contact, treatment or appointment details. The topic name is public to anyone who knows it, so the clinic uses a long random topic and sends no identifying information through it. The service may temporarily cache the generic alert, and the receiving device and mobile push provider may process or retain it according to their settings and policies.

If the clinic configures a private, authenticated ntfy server instead, the alert may include the booking reference, patient contact details, requested treatment and doctor, preferred date and time, and relevant imaging, implant or travel dates. Optional notes and marketing source details are excluded, and topic access must be limited to authorized clinic accounts.
